Campus Sustainability
Georgia Tech has integrated sustainable practices across the Institute, guided by the strategic plan, Sustainability Next, and the Climate Action Plan. The Office of Sustainability leads the charge in planning, implementation, and reporting to advance innovative, efficient, and cost-effective operational solutions.
In combination, the following plans promote innovation, accountability, and a road map for long-term sustainability management and resiliency. Georgia Tech has earned a Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System (STARS) Gold rating in measuring sustainability performance in higher education.
By integrating responsible practices into our programs and projects, Georgia Tech aligns with Institute and global sustainability goals.
Students, faculty, and staff have a wide range of opportunities to actively contribute to campus sustainability efforts.
